John Silvestre MS, LCSW; is a cognitive behavioral therapist with a full time private practice in Manhattan and Westchester. He earned a Licenciateship in Clinical Psychology from Lisbon University and a Masters in Science in Clinical Social Work from Columbia University.

John lives in Irvington on Hudson with his wife of 17 years and his three children (9y.o. Xana; 7 y.o. David; and 4y.o. Josef). His other passions are: running, nature, music and soccer.
